your quote and switch request. Our service enables users to compare pricing
on carriers and then submit a request to be switched to a new carrier.
As part of this service we

to enable the switch over to the new carrier. Once you submit your personally
identifiable information for the switch, the new carrier is responsible
for any further use of this information. We encourage you to investigate

(TPV) is required, SmartPrice.com will send your switch
request information (name, address, telephone number and carrier and
plan you are switching to) to the third party verification company. This
automated system only uses the information to call you and confirm your
switch request, and then passes your reply on to your new long distance
company. The third party verification company does not use your personal
information for any other secondary purposes.
SmartPrice.com may provide aggregate
statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site
information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will
never include personally identifying information.

we do want to let you know what is going on with your SmartPrice.com™ switch
request. So at various times throughout the order process, you may receive
different emails from us that:
- Confirm your switch request,
- Remind you about the day and time of your confirmation (TPV) phone call, and
- Confirm your switch to your new long distance company.
In special circumstances, we might send you emails that:
- Ask you for additional information (if you give us a P.O. Box instead of a street address, for example) or
- Ask you to take other actions (such as removing a PIC freeze from your line before we can process your switch request).
On occasion, we may invite you to take a brief
survey to tell us how we are doing and how we can improve our services.

Depending on the long distance company you choose to switch to, you may need to complete a third party verification telephone call. This means that an independent third party will call you at a date and time that you pre-select to confirm your request to switch.

We like to get our customer and user

visitors and customers to participate in short surveys. The invitation may come
